My path began with big questions — Who am I? What is the meaning of life?
As a teenager, I explored psychedelics and soon after the art of meditation, which led me to Vipassana centers across Europe and Asia, forest monasteries in Sri Lanka, and a deep wish to ordain as a buddhist monk in Burma. A pivotal shift in meditation redirected my search toward self-inquiry and the non-dual teachings of Advaita Vedanta, Dzogchen, and Zen. These traditions continue to shape the way I live, teach, and relate to awareness today.
My work lives at the intersection of ancient contemplative wisdom and modern psychological science. On one side, the depth of the Dharma offers a direct path to Self-realization and the experience of inner peace and compassion.
On the other, the rigor of clinical psychology and neuroscience provides valuable frameworks for understanding the mind, trauma, and healing.
Rather than choosing between them, I let these worlds inform and enrich one another.

By paying close and mindful attention to the breath, body, and thoughts, we learn to observe the mind without getting caught in its reactive patterns. This awareness opens a space of calm and clarity beyond our usual unconscious and automated responses to stress and challenging emotions.
